  • You receive grading updates and final results

 

Important Notes:

  • We only prep raw glossy cards (Chrome, Prizm, Optic, etc.)
  • We do not clean vintage, matte, textured, foil, or patch cards
  • Bulk submissions have a PSA advertised turnaround of 65 business days (3 for HSC)
  • All services are performed at your own risk—results may vary
  • Submission slots are limited—reserve early

Return Policy

1. Eligibility
•     Trading Cards: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
•     All Other Items: Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
•     Items damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within the applicable return window (7 days for trading cards, 90 days for all other items). Please include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return. We’ll respond with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.

6. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional documentation to assist with your claim.
